All employees on the 1 November employee census.
Definition
All employees, including part-time and full-time faculty and staff, letters of appointment, postdoctoral scholars, graduate assistants, student workers and medical residents.
How it is calculated
In ethnicity breakdowns, employees who chose not to disclose an ethnicity are excluded.
